LOUNGE / DEN

The comfortable lounge is an ideal place to relax in the evening after a long day at the parks or shopping. It is an open and spacious room with a sliding door to the lanai. Watch TV or hire a DVD from the local video store. Sit back and listen to music on the hi-fi system or play one of the family games provided for your enjoyment. Alternatively, just sit back, relax and enjoy the view of the pool.

The ‘den’ is a second seating area with a sleeper sofa and colour TV. Ideal for families who can’t agree on what to watch!

KITCHEN / DINER

A larger than average well equipped kitchen area including a big ‘American’ style fridge/freezer with ice-cold water on tap. All appliances are provided for the guests use (oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave) along with all cutlery and crockery, utensils, etc. There is also a separate laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer and iron/ironing board for guest’s use.

The formal dining area adjoins the kitchen and is the perfect place to sit and enjoy breakfast whilst planning the day's activities.

MASTER BEDROOM 2

A large room with direct access to the pool area. Super King-size bed, walk-in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with w/c and shower. Colour TV and clock radio and hairdryer.

BEDROOM 3

Twin beds with large wardrobe. Colour TV and clock radio. Bedroom 3 and 4 share a bathroom with w/c and bath/shower.

BEDROOM 4

‘American/Disney' themed room for kids and grown up kids. Twin room with large wardrobe, colour TV with video, Playstation and clock radio.

POOL AREA

Welcoming L-shaped pool inviting guests to take a refreshing dip after a hectic day at the parks, sightseeing or shopping. Relax on the sun-beds on the extended deck area or dine al-fresco under the cooling ceiling fan of the lanai.

The pool area has a child safety fence for added peace of mind, and as required by County regulations. There is also a handrail for those who need assistance on entering and exiting the pool. The pool also has an optional heating facility, ideal for the cooler months (add. charge).

THE GAMES ROOM

The games room is great for unwinding in the evenings and gives everyone an extra place to have some fun, relax & unwind.
